Charles Arlos was a mildmannered lab worker, who was simply doing his job, working for a large company. But a jealous competitor had other things in mind and planned to sabotage their progress with a bomb! Working late that fateful night, Charles was accidentally caught in the blast, which robbed him of his life (and burned off all his body hair) - with his dying breath, he called out for something, ANYTHING, that could grant him revenge... and something heeded his call! What answered was a powerful vengeance demon that had taken the form of a wig, which bonded to his very soul. Now he avenges wrongdoings with the help of his haunted hairpiece and acts as judge, jury and executioner for the unrighteous.
