Just Legs: Legs for Justice

The top military brass decided to see what would happen if they trained a super model to be a soldier, believing that attractive women would make superior soldiers and also weigh less, thus being cheaper to feed and transport. They initiated a special program and called it the Weapon DD program. The results turned out three very special female operatives who could kill with the best of them. They were sent off to fight America's most current war(s). Unfortunately, on the third day a heat-seeking missile wiped out the unit. The remains of the three women were recovered. Military scientists decided to try to reconstruct the girls in an attempt to not let their useful fun parts go to waste. However they were only able to reconstruct the bottom half of one girl (they also added the recovered boobies of another girl). They were able to revive the parts and keep them alive using SCIENCE. After running many "tests", it was decided that this was an improvement over the original subjects. However the scientists didn't anticipate what happened next: The ghost of the girl who's legs were revived was trapped in this world because she wasn't quite dead yet. She found that she could possess her own legs and manipulate them… Astonished, the scientists turned her loose and she became JUST LEGS, champion of American justice! Now she fights crime and the enemies of America.

Also, the second girl whose boobs were revived also possesses those boobs. Her only ability is to squeeze them together, which is sometimes useful as a makeshift hand to grip things. Both girls work together to fight crime, as their two super model brains roughly allow Just Legs to be equivalent to one human brain in intelligence. Legs has a hip-mounted gun which she can fire at enemies. The SCIENCE parts of Just Legs also give her a healing factor.
