Tanks-A-Lot is an experimental Military Android gone rogue.  Unfortunately, he has no hands, and as such his main weakness is anything that requires the use of hands.  He would rectify this problem when he received physics guns from the Free Man, which allows him move objects he was previously unable to.  While he usually works alone, Tanks-A-Lot has worked with the Justice /co/mrades on some occassions.
