Ah, the Volt Nine. A pack of nine slightly overpowered supers with, you guessed it, electrical powers. Only used in matters of extreme emergancy, as all nine have extremely volatile powers and rather clashing personalities. Nevertheless, the group manages to work together, albeit in odd and life-threatening ways to each other.
A good chunk of info about the Volt Nine is still unknown (or completely forgotton at the moment) so if the original creators could contribute, that would be lovely.
Captain Power
Johnny Powers was a hardworker in a large power plant in the original flying city model. When the power source wasm overloading, faithful Johnny ran in to fix it. Needless to say, it exploded. However, instead of dying, it gave him his powers (Which seems to happen to a lot of people caught in scientific acidents around here). The leader of the group, and formed the Volt Nine, though no one knows how it was formed or was too drunk at the time to remember it. A tad self centered, but still puts others before him. Can shoot lightning from his hands. Occainsonally dicks around with the weather using this.
Captain Ele
Full name is Captain Ezekial Fernald Reginald Elesense the third, and second in command of the Volt Nine. Calm, collected, and usually keeping to himself. Reads a ton. Once sailed the seas, captaining the S.S. Tricity, and mentor/rival of Richard Blax, but that's a story for another time. Joined the Volt Nine by request ("More like begging" Ele once said in an interview). Has an electric whip that, we all nine direct their powers to it, create a huge lazor that could potentially whipe out the flying city. Treats Kid like a son.
Has currently quit the Volt Nine to do a large and public arguement witht the Captain. It is unsure whether he will come back or not.
